We thank in particular Greg Pillinger, NFC Head of Operations, for taking swift action after receiving our report and constructing the safety barriers and gating system, illustrate below, in under a month.

We would however ask Norwich City FC to consider constructing an away end elevated wheelchair and ambulant platform to significantly improve the view or alternatively situate the marshals and police behind these disabled supporters which would also add to their safety.
